How does the size chart work?
Our chart is designed to compare sizes to your existing wardrobe, we recommend selecting the best fitting shirt in your closet, taking measurements and comparing to our size chart before ordering. All measurements are taken from one side of the garment laying on a flat surface, doubling the measured number will be the equivalent of measuring all around the shirt.
How do I measure my selected shirt for reference?
Shirt Length: Top back and center of the neck line to the bottom of the shirt.
Shirt Shoulders: Top of left sleeve across chest to top of right sleeve.
Shirt Chest or Bust: Base of armpit left sleeve to base or armpit on right sleeve.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we ship internationally. International buyers are responsible for import duty, customs, taxes and or fees. When shipping internationally we are required by law to disclose the full value of the shirts purchased. Shirts are shipped as “Commercial Goods”. International orders are shipped 100% insured. If insurance is unavailable based on your address your order will be cancelled and refunded. If you want to request a lower value on shirts purchased you assume responsible for insurance liability.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping. If you have a pressing situation please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Processing for all orders is up to a 3 business day.
How long is order shipping time?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time begins when the order is shipped. USPS estimates delivery in 3-5 business days.
How long is order processing?
We strive to process all orders as fast as possible, but allow one week for order processing. Typically, the shirts should be delivered in about 10-14 days domestically, and 3-4 weeks internationally.
I did not receive my item. What should I do?
Our shipping responsibility ends when your package arrives at the shipping address provided on checkout. Shipping information is provided after order processing. USPS has full control of your package at point of pickup. (1) If tracking information confirms delivery please check with family, friends, or a neighbor who may have picked on your behalf. (2) If you feel your package was stolen please contact the shipping provider to inquire about filing a claim. (3) If tracking information does not confirm delivery, please check with shipping provider either by phone, web or a visit to the local post office to express concerns over shipping delay or loss of a package.

How do I exchange a shirt?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 21-days after purchase date. All items need to be returned unused, with tags, and the receipt included. There is a 15% charge on Returns.
Can I return a shirt if it does not fit?
Returns are accepted up to 21-days after purchase date. Contact us at email@example.com to request a return. For refunds items need to be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and with receipt included. Please button up and fold the garment(s)item(s) as best as possible.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes! The more pieces the better pricing we can offer. Typically orders over 8 shirts get 10% discount and 15% discount for 15 shirts and more. Email us for a quote and include the print or prints your are interested.
Do you have other fabrics not online which we can use for group orders?
We have a ton of other print options not listed on our website. If you would like to color match or theme match to your corporate logo, event theme or other specific desires, please Email us the inquiry. Please include as much information as possible such as piece count, sizing information, style information, along with any themes, logos, or images you are seeking to match.
What type of customization is available?
We can do almost any customization you desire. Our groups, weddings and corporate uniform production team is capable of embroidery, screen printing, design and production of custom garments, custom bags, and or any fabric accessories. Email us for a quote.
Can you custom design a Hawaiian print for group events?
Absolutely! Some important considerations are that custom prints are a minimum of 1000 yards of fabric. This is a garment volume of about of 250-300 shirts. Production time is about is about 4 months. A lead time of about 6 months is recommended. The more pieces the better pricing we can offer. Email us for more information.
